When receiving an application, our Recruitment Department proceeds to a thorough examination of the profile. At this point, the application is either accepted or rejected.
[2] If the application is accepted, an Application Form is sent out to the candidate.
[3] After examination of the form, either the application is rejected or the candidate is invited for a first interview with a recruitment staff member.
[4] Pursuant to this interview, either the application is rejected or the candidate is invited to a second interview with a technical member of staff.
[5] Pursuant to this second interview, either the application is rejected or ECP issue an employment proposal.
[6] At this point, either the candidate turns down the offer or, should he accept it, then the collaboration may start. |

Every year, we recruit in all our specialities men and women who have a genuine passion for their work, who are open to the world and to change, and who want to succeed with us in the projects and missions they will join.
Varied and mobile within project management and administration, job opportunities at ECP result from the synergy between individual aspirations, adaptation to the projects context and the will of the company constantly to improve the competence of its staff.
Therefore, ECP favours geographical and functional mobility with the objective to capitalise professional experience for its consultants.
|
| Integration |
Upon arrival at ECP, you will be given our Welcoming Booklet providing useful information and all staff members contact details.
We will welcome you either at our head office in Aix-en-Provence or at our office in Paris, for an integration day meeting all the corporate staff. Then, you will be invited to lunches and coffee breaks with collaborators in Paris or on the site of your assignments in France.
|
| Training |
In order to improve our collaborators performances, we make access to training easier. During interviews, we define your needs and organise all trainings necessary to your personal and professional development.
We also provide internal training sessions on a regular basis in order to increase your knowledge of the tools and methods of our field of activity.
|
| Career evolution |
Defined in harmony between your personal aspirations and the opportunities we can offer, your evolution is followed by our technical and management teams. We support mobility for those who wish it and we organise bridges between the various specialities to allow each collaborator to diversify and increase their know-how.
|
| Abroad |
Both our sector and field of activity require a certain mobility which enables the consultants to work in mixed and multicultural environments within which they can increase their technical, language and management abilities.
The missions we assign are more and more linked to an international context: ECP works in majority with French Clients having subsidiaries abroad and projects developing worldwide.
We propose assignments abroad but also assignments based in France but working on multinational projects. Our assignments may require our consultants to travel abroad from a few days to a few months.
Therefore, a good standard of English, both written and spoken, is essential. |
